Q: What is LO$T BOYS?
A: LO$T BOYS is streetwear clothing that has no identity until you give it one. #morethanstreetwear. 
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
A: Items can be exchanged within 30 days of your purchase. The unworn, new item in original packaging with packing slip must be shipped back to us at 110 Belmont Dr, London ON, N6J 4W3.

Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide!!
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We will ship your order in 1-2 business days. The order usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive, although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands.
Q: How do I use a discount code?
A: On the 2nd step of checkout there is a section above your total where you can input your chosen code and click "Apply".
Q: Can I use more than one discount or coupon code at a time?
A: Our system can only accept one code per order. 
Q: How do I track my package?
A Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. Click on that link to track it's arrival.
 
Q: Are you taking any precautions in light of the recent COVID-19 pandemic?
A: Yes. We are taking all necessary precautions when packing and shipping orders. The majority of our products are individually pre-bagged and shipping processes have been reviewed/modified. Our customers health and safety is always our top priority.
